The following terms and conditions will apply to the use of the online store with the trademark Casa di Sposa found at www.casadisposa.gr. Any user entering, trading or using the services of the online store (hereinafter referred to as “visitor” and/or “user” or “customer” depending on whether he or she is limited to visiting only the store or places orders and sells products and services) shall be deemed to agree and unconditionally accept the following terms herein, without exception.   • posting, publishing, sending via e-mail or otherwise transmitting any content for which users do not have the right to transmit in accordance with the law or applicable contracts (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information obtained or disclosed as part of work relationships or covered by confidentiality agreements);
  • sending, publishing, sending via e-mail or otherwise transmitting any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right of any kind
  • sending, publishing, sending vie e-mail, or otherwise transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, damage, corrupt, or the equipment of the operation of any software or computer hardware;
  • intentional or unintentional breach of applicable law or regulations;
  • harassment of third parties in any way;
  • collect or store personal data about other users.

The online store of the COMPANY reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to the customer.

PRODUCT RETURNS

Returns of products at the charge of our Company.

The customer has the right to return the products purchased from this online store at the charge of “Casa di Sposa” in the following cases:

  1. If, through the fault of CasadiSposa.gr, wrong products were sold (error in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, etc.). In this case, the customer may either refuse to pick up the product from the beginning or request a refund. Returned products must be in excellent condition, sealed, complete and without any damage. The packaging of the product should be the one that normally accompanies the product and should be in excellent condition.
  2. If, through the fault of CasadiSposa.gr, products of poor quality were sold (damaged during transport, with poor packaging, DOA, etc.). In this case, the customer must not accept the receipt of the product and contact this online store. In case the customer agrees to receive the product, CasadiSposa.gr will not accept any return and therefore will not make a replacement. In addition, in case the customer does not return the product then, a new product will not be sent to him and the customer will have to place a new order / purchase. The product must be returned in the condition it was delivered.
  3. Returns of products made after a special order in consultation with the customer are NOT ACCEPTED. Special orders are considered invitations, wedding favours and any other product made according to the customer’s wishes.

 

Generally

In any case of return of products, the customer is obliged to deliver intact and in excellent condition all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. consignment note / invoice, retail receipt, marketing material or any other promotional material, etc).

Dispute Resolution

We would like to inform you that in the event of any dispute arising out of the transaction between us for the resolution of which you have sent us a relevant request but we are unable to reach a mutual agreement, you may contact the Online Dispute Resolution platform at webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/ which is directly linked to the competent independent authority “Consumer Ombudsman” (//www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr).

We also remind you that our Company recognises in the context of good faith the advisory nature of the decisions of the Authority that will be addressed and has not committed to the enforceability of those decisions. In any case of non-conciliatory settlement of the dispute through the Online Dispute Resolution platform, the civil courts are competent.
