The dress decorates allover french, fine, tulle plisse. in the middle there is a decorative, lovely handmade dahlia flower. Inside there is cotton, hypoallergenic lining and hypoallergenic cotton tulle. Matching hair band and pairs perfectly with Stova Bambini sandals or ballet flats.
